Manish Asija

Founder Director and CEO

Manish is a professional with entrepreneurial flair and brings with him experience of seventeen years in Indian power sector. He has served in two successful energy startups in leadership capacity and with Tata Power DDL in their strategy team in past. He has served in critical business functions like formulating and executing business strategies, incubating and growing strategic initiatives, leading new business lines, delivering mission critical projects and managing complex commercial processes. Major portion of his experience has been in developing infrastructure in power transmission & distribution, smart grids, advanced metering infrastructure, solar power generation projects and allied consulting services. He is the growth propeller at enPossibilities, formulating and executing the growth strategies.

He is experienced of working at three successful energy sector start-up organisations in the leadership role, cumulatively for over a decade. He understands the challenges faced by energy companies as well as consumers. His belief that solar energy can be made available to masses at affordable price as a sustainable business gave birth to the idea of incorporating enPossibilities. He leads the company as founder Director and CEO.

In past, Manish led a technology start-up organisation, ZenMeter Solutions Pvt Ltd as CEO for two years. ZenMeter’s core business interests were engineering, design, development and manufacturing of smart electronic devices, which are capable of metering energy consumption. Prior to this, Manish has contributed in the growth journey of another energy sector start up organisation Enzen Global, for seven years in leadership role of AVP & Head of Business unit “Power Infrastructure”. Manish started his energy sector career journey as a member of strategy and performance management team of CEO at Tata Power Delhi Distribution Ltd.

He is an alumnus of National Power Training Institute, an apex body under Ministry of Power, Govt. of India. He was conferred with MBA in Power Management post his graduation degree in engineering in Electronics and Communication. He is a certified assessor of Tata business excellence model (adopted version of Malcolm Baldridge model), certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor and also certified in Grid interactive solar roof-top design and technologies.

Dr. Ruchika Asija

Co-Founder

Dr. Ruchika is Information Technology enthusiast and PhD in Computer Sciences. Her areas of expertise are Data Security and Confidentiality. She is an ardent lover of green energy initiatives. Till she co-founded enPossibilities, she was best known for her numerous research publications and presentations in reputed National as well as international conferences and journals like IEEE, IGI Global, GSTF, MEDRECON etc. At enPossibilities she is the guiding lamp for entire sales and marketing team. She has acquired over 350+ happy customers in a short period of 4 years. She is enabling a vibrant organization culture at enPossibilities where, possibilities blossom, people thrive, clients are cared and success flourish.

She is passionate about the energy of the future and strongly believes that what we do today will directly impact the future world we live in. With this belief she co-founded enPossibilities. At enPossibilities, she is driving the sales of solar products to B2B segment customers, mostly solar EPC clients.

She is a keen explorer who likes to invest time in applied research opportunities which can enable possibilities through which the company can add value to our product and service offerings. Her strength areas are positivity, transparency, professionalism and most of all care for the client’s needs.

In the past, Ruchika has an eventful experience of more than a decade as a research scholar and academician.

She is conferred with Ph.D. in Computer Applications and Masters in Computer Applications by Indira Gandhi National (open) University, New Delhi and Bachelors in Applied Sciences Electronics (Hons), Delhi University.
